We are looking to recruit a Service Delivery Supervisor to support our operations.
You will have the opportunity to efficiently and effectively manage the day-to-day service delivery, to achieve commercial and quality objectives, and to proactively improve service delivery to our internal and external customers. You will be the first line of contact for all operational staff and external customers.
Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Expertise and Knowledge
- Staff supervision and guidance; Carry out effective
initial employee investigations and welfare conversations with our driver team - Problem resolution within an operational environment
- Ability to work independently and as a trusted member of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Great people skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business
- Calm under pressure
- Financial awareness and budget control.
Technology
- Experience and ability to operate relevant IT systems.
- The agility to adapt to new and upgraded management and information systems.
Qualifications
- PSV license holder or prepared to gain PSV licence
- Relevant experience in a supervisory role.
- Attain new qualifications and attend training as required
by the role and apply the qualification to the role
The two roles we have available are as follows:
- Full-time, permanent positions
- 40 hours per week, working on a rotating shift pattern shared between the role holders, including alternate Saturday mornings
- Competitive salary, commensurate with the role
- You would be based at our premises in Clyst St. Mary.
- Salary: £32,000 per annum
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime available
- Weekends
Licence/Certification:
- PSV Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
